How to warm up your Facebook profile? Many people ask me how profile warming works to grow Facebook page likes and followers. I’ll explain how it works!
Just as there is profile warming up to advertise on Facebook, there is also another type of warming up, which is used to increase the number of followers a page has and improve engagement (reach).
Similarly, like every social network, Facebook has its algorithm, which is responsible for showing our content.
For the algorithm to recommend our posts, people have to engage with our past publications. Once this happens, Facebook will gradually recommend our content to new users.
Basically, what we’re going to do is try to gain points with the algorithm, making it always recommend our content to more followers.
Warming up a profile, to help our pages grow, is not that difficult to do, however, it requires dedication.
How to warm up your Facebook profile
First of all, the first step is to join groups in your niche, with your profile.
I always recommend groups with over 100k members that are highly engaged.
Then, when you join these groups, you need to be more present and how do you do that?
However, your profile should interact in the groups, commenting, liking and reacting, but let’s be honest, it’s a very boring practice to do daily and here’s the cherry on the cake!!
There is no need to constantly comment on groups. You have to understand that Facebook is geared towards communities and most people are looking for entertainment.
Knowing this, let’s use it to our advantage!
You should create engagement bait posts, which is what we call warming up the profile. And what are these engagement baits?
These are images that you create, with the aim of people commenting, liking and sharing.
A classic example in the recipe niche: Create images like, where are the people who love pastel? Is soup for dinner? Does anyone like? These types of posts generate a lot of interaction and this will make your profile hot. See the example below of my hot posts!

For example, imagine having thousands of people seeing and interacting with your brand or business every day. This means more visibility, more engagement, and more business opportunities. With so many followers, you can certainly achieve your goals and fulfill your dreams of achieving fame and fortune.
However, when you create new posts the algorithm understands that your content is good and will deliver it to more users!
When you start sharing posts from your page, you will notice that your content will be shared a lot, but one important detail is that there is no point in a popular profile if the content is not good, this also counts a lot!
Requirements for heating a Profile
When trying to warm up a profile, there are some details you need to pay attention to.
Do you want to warm up the admin profile that posts on your page? Don’t do it!
You should use other profiles to warm up, as it is through them that you will share the content of your page and when sharing in groups with your admin profile, you run the risk of being punished by Facebook for artificial engagement.
Now, if you want to warm up your profile and you are not the administrator of your page, that’s no problem.
Another detail is to check if your profile has been punished by Facebook. Profiles that have already been punished are marked by Facebook and this can harm healthy heating.
You should avoid spam as much as possible; do not post the same post in multiple groups at the same time.
Any type of punishment already harms your profile and spam is also one of them!
